ex333 Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using ex333. By accessing or using the ex333 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the ex333 online gaming platform and all related services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, crash games, fish shooting, and payment processing (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or otherwise accessing ex333, you enter into a binding agreement with ex333 and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

ex333 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their current obligations and rights.

Section 1

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with ex333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet any single criterion constitutes grounds for account suspension or permanent closure.

  • You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Services.
  • You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
  • You must register and play on your own behalf, not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ex333.
Important: ex333 employs age verification procedures at registration and on request. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and deposits returned minus any bonuses claimed. ex333 does not knowingly permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
Section 2

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account with ex333. The following obligations and restrictions apply to all registered accounts:

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi phone number, and preferred payment method.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ex333 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
  • You must notify ex333 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach affecting your login credentials.
  • Account sharing, selling, or transferring to another person is strictly prohibited. ex333 reserves the right to void all transactions associated with a shared or transferred account.
  • ex333 may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may be restricted.

ex333 operates a single-account policy with zero tolerance for duplicate registrations. If multiple accounts are detected sharing the same identifying information — including phone number, payment account, device fingerprint, or IP address — ex333 may merge, restrict, or permanently close the duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonuses.

Section 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ex333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ex333 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh:

Deposit Rules

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transactions above ৳50,000 may be subject to additional verification.
  • Deposits are credited to your ex333 account balance in real time. If a deposit does not reflect within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
  • Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
  • ex333 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and the account may be reviewed.

Withdrawal Rules

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours.
  • Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the ex333 compliance team following a verification review.
  • Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before processing commences. Once processing begins, cancellation is not possible.
  • ex333 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳25,000 or where transaction patterns are flagged for review.
Currency Note: All account balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings are denominated and processed exclusively in BDT. ex333 does not accept or process foreign currency transactions. Any funds sent in a currency other than BDT will be rejected and returned.

Bonuses and Promotions

ex333 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through legitimate play-through in accordance with the stated wagering requirement.
  • ex333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to modify bonus terms with reasonable notice, and to disqualify any player found to be abusing promotional offers.
  • Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to their own wagering requirements and expiry periods as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
  • Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment account. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different registration details will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Bonus Abuse Warning: ex333 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies across bonus-funded bets, systematic exploitation of free spin mechanics, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Detection of any such pattern will result in immediate suspension of bonus eligibility and may result in account closure.
Section 5

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on ex333, including sports betting, casino games, crash games, and fish shooting:

  • All bets are final once confirmed. ex333 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of a demonstrable technical error on the platform's part.
  • In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round or bet settlement, ex333 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to players' account balances.
  • Sports betting markets are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). ex333 is not responsible for errors in third-party data feeds used for live odds and may void markets where such errors materially affect bet settlement.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • RNG-based games on ex333 use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action, account history, or bet size.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ex333 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal referral:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform mechanics.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information during live games, or coordinate betting strategies in ways that exploit platform rules.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using ex333 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with ex333.
  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any part of the ex333 platform, including its APIs, game engines, payment systems, or account infrastructure.
  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards ex333 staff or other players through any communication channel, including support tickets, live chat, or social media.
Zero Tolerance: ex333 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of fraud and collusion. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ex333 will void all associated bets and transactions, permanently close the account, and retain all funds pending investigation. Serious cases may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Section 7

Account Suspension and Termination

ex333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account for any of the following reasons:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct, or KYC obligations.
  • Failure to complete identity or payment method verification within the timeframe requested by ex333's compliance team.
  • Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through the responsible gaming tools or support channel.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Balances associated with unverified accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts closed for fraud will be forfeited.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the ex333 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, user interface design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ex333 or its licensed game providers and content partners. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, or exploited in any form without the prior written consent of ex333.

The ex333 name, logo, and all associated brand assets are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised use of ex333's intellectual property, including in domain names, social media handles, or third-party promotional materials, constitutes infringement and will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ex333 limits its liability as follows:

  • ex333 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to access — the platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.
  • ex333 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.
  • ex333's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk: Gambling involves financial risk. ex333 does not guarantee any winnings. All funds wagered may be lost. Players accept full personal responsibility for their betting decisions and any resulting financial loss. ex333 strongly recommends that players only wager amounts they can comfortably afford to lose.

Privacy and Data

ex333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering with ex333, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein, including data collected for KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and platform personalisation purposes.

ex333 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors and game providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for transaction processing and game delivery. Section 11

Responsible Gaming

ex333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following tools and resources to all registered players aged 21 and above:

  • Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account at any time through the account settings panel.
  • Session time limits and reality check reminders: Players can enable timed session alerts to track how long they have been playing in a single session.
  • Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary account pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days via the support channel.
  • Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gaming is causing harm may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

Amendments to These Terms

ex333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of ex333 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account by contacting support.

Governing Law and Contact

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the general principles of contract law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration, with proceedings conducted in English.
